Outside of work, I let my body participate in thinking—from climbs above 3,000 meters to 40-meter wreck dives, from bouldering and capoeira to woodworking and sourdough baking. The repeated process of testing, adjusting, and refining has strengthened my patience and risk awareness, helping me remain steady and deliberate when navigating complexity and uncertainty.
